Assisted Living & Personal Care

We offer individualised care to all our clients. Directors or managers meet with all the clients and/or their relatives before care starts to collaboratively plan the personal needs of each potential client. We do visits from thirty minutes, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We have a set rate of pay which does not change at weekends or Bank Holidays nor do we charge extra for certain care activities.

We can offer the following personal care services:-

• Support with getting up and going to bed
• Assistance with washing, showering, bathing and dressing
• Assistance with hair care, mouth and teeth care, shaving and general grooming
• Assistance with continence care
• Assistance with laundry to ensure there is always clean clothes and bed linen.

We work in collaboration with other healthcare agencies such as Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy to ensure you have the equipment you need to continue to live as independently as possible in your own home. We are proud to have a simulation suite in which are staff are trained in a safe environment and this space is available to hire for other agencies.
